General Complaints.
For all items purchased in our retail gallery we will listen to any complaint or query raised by a customer within 24 hours of purchase of the item. We will try to satisfy any complaint and we will comply with the sale of goods act and other UK statutory rights however you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods.Ownership of the goods supplied does not transfer until full payment is in the gallery2c bank account or a receipt is given for cash payments.
Delivery Policy.
We deliver within a 20 mile radius of Bristol,England free of charge. Delivery outside this radius and within England ,Scotland and Wales is by courier for all items except framed pictures with glass.We will deliver framed pictures with glass by separate arrangement. Delivery overseaes to Europe,Northern Ireland and the Rest of the World is by courier, currently DHL.We do not deliver items with glass overseas.
We deliver within the UK within 72 hours.Delivery times overseas will be specified at the time of purchase.
If you purchase an item from our website it will be checked by us before final delivery to you. We will not send it if it is damaged or unsatisfactory. When you receive your order you should ideally open the item in front of the courier before signing for it. If there is any damage you should record it on the courier’s copy of the delivery note, or refuse to take delivery if there is excessive damage. In the event that you cannot open the package in front of the courier you must open it within 24 hours of receipt and inform us immediately if you have a complaint. We will replace the item when we have confirmed with you howthe item was damaged. Alternatively we will, at our discretion, issue a credit note in certain circumstances. Full refunds will only be given to comply with our customers statutory rights.The following are guide prices for delivery costs;

site on our behalf, and other parties who need the information for the purposes of completing or
investigating a transaction and for sending e-mails to you regarding your transaction / subscription / sale / authorisation.

If you do not wish to receive this information please tick the box on your order form and you will be
removed from our mailing list.
The only information we need to know is your name, e-mail address, invoice and delivery address,
telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process your request and send our product to you.
